No, I don't eat meat every single day. While I do enjoy meat and consider myself an omnivore, I try to have a balanced diet with plenty of plant-based foods as well. A few times a week, I'll opt for vegetarian meals like lentil curry, veggie stir-fries, or pasta primavera. Not only is this better for my health, but it also aligns with my efforts to reduce my environmental impact.
I do not eat meat every day. I eat meat 4-5 times a week. When I do not eat meat, I eat fish. But I always have a vegetable dish for every meal.
It is years since I have given up eating meat and fish. The only non veg stuff I eat is eggs.
I generally avoid eating meat, especially red meat. My usual diet consists of fish and vegetables. I believe that having less meat is better for our health, and it also helps me save money since meat can be quite pricey.
I have too heard that the consumption of the meet regularly pose for chances of getting deadily desdff

You'll get sick if you eat meat everyday. Your blood pressure becomes abnormal. You may eat but only a very small portion at least 2 inches.
I'm also a fish lover. Every meal there's fish of all sorts beef twice a month only. Chicken 2 days interval, the rest vegetables.
When it comes to eating meat I am the number one person to call out in my house cause am more of a lover of meat. I always enjoy eating meat but not on my everyday day meal now cause of the cost and high level of living in the country.
Exactly, this is one of the reasons I don't eat it every day as well. Due to health reasons and also the cost of buying it.
If I am eating soup, I must eat meat because it is the balanced source of protein for the food.
I m fine with your meals. Lately, I prefer eating low calorie food and that includes the foods you mentioned. Although I am removing the fats with pork and other meat available in the market.
