The basic knowledge of a business is to make sure that we treat our customers well and that’s why you have to be friendly and not hostile as a business person.

Also, there are times when we may be sad because we may not always be in a good mood. Does the mood affect the way you react to your customers?

I can’t say yes or no but it depends on how the customer stresses me.

I try not to let my emotions affect how I treat my customers though. Business should be kept separately, then again there are times I do snap at some of them.

ln a matter of fact the business owners are supposed to be smiling at their customers for the facilitation on the provision of the good quality services to the customers .

I think we have to be nice and friendly to our customers at all times. When we feel sad, we still have to act in a professional manner when treating customers.

Even on my saddest days, I do my best to maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers. While the sadness may be weighing on me internally, I wouldn't let it impact the service I provide.
