My friend from the US who visited me yesterday brought me a big pack of prunes and a box of choco cookies.

Prunes have several health properties apart from it helping bowel movement.

Prunes were not something I appreciated until relatively recently. As a child, their wrinkly appearance and intensely sweet flavor didn't quite appeal to me. However, as an adult, I've come to love incorporating prunes into my diet for their incredible health benefits.

I know about prunes but it is one plant I have never used but it is a good plant if you need to use it.

The prunes I am talking about are fruits. They are actually plums but when dried they get the name prunes

Yes, I love prunes and prune juice. It has many health benefits. One time, I had constipation. I drank a small bottle of prune juice. It was very effective.

What my friend brouight for me are pitted and a bit soft. I would have liked them with seeds and a bit hard.

You did but I did not know dried plums were called prunes before I bumped into this thread. Plums are common fruits here.

When I visited the US my nephew who lives in Fort Collins had a plum tree and I had a good helping of fresh plums
