I eat vegetables every day and in fact that is now my staple diet as I have stopped eating meat and fish
I eat vegetables every day. Other than breakfast, I always have a dish of vegetables for lunch and dinner. I'm also on veggie diet twice a week.
I make it a habit to eat vegetables almost every day, often pairing them with air-fried fish like milkfish and tilapia.
