Would you have your relative as a business partner?
If you want to go into a partnership business, would you accept your relative as a business partner or would you avoid your relative? Well, I have no problem in working with relatives but I would write a contract first.
Though I don't plan on going into any partnership business at the moment, but in a situation like this, it doesn't really matter if they are my relatives or not. The most important thing is that I can work with them. They have the skills and knowledge needed for the business, and I trust them.
I am not so sure. All my relatives are from different niche and they think on Internet you can be tommorow millioner. Maybe I could take some loan from them but probably not even that.
When we had our family business, my biological parents asked one of my uncles to work as a manager. But then, he failed to do his job and it was a big lesson not to trust relatives in running the family business.
