In some companies, they do not allow their employees to have sideline jobs. However, some of them hide this idea from their regular jobs. If they found out, they will be terminated.

That's true, in our company , they don't allow us to work part time. And you hide it and they come to know about it you may get punished for it.

It is sad to say that they control this matter. As for me, it is possible as long as this part-time job will be carried after work.

It is most likely to happen. That is why people who tend to have sidelines need to be secretive.
