There is a woman who sells pepper beside my shop and she speaks to all her customers in a very harsh and rude manner but they still keep coming back.

If I were the one, I would never want to buy from her again. Why do you think people still buy from her despite the fact that she is very harsh?

You’re right but the moment they begin to disturb you, it makes you get tired of the job and you may want to resign forcefully even when you don’t have another one

The most important thing is that they are good and they deliver on time. I don't mind patronizing a hash business owner. Though I might not be all that comfortable when they are around.
