What drives you to take personal loans?

I have never borrowed any money except I have taken out a mortgage loan when I bought my apartment many years ago. I also use credit card for cash back.
I think it is a wise decision to loan with regards to a mortgage. I will do the same thing I did in your shoes.
No, I never experienced on loaning there's no reason. But I was hired a co maker but the maker failed to pay and the bank urged me to pay as a co maker but I told the bank the debtor was alive so the bank traced the debtor and confiscated her valuable things with a sheriff.
I just got a credit card last month and started to do cash advance because I need to pay off other bills. But I want to be very careful with my spending.
Personally, I try to avoid taking personal loans as much as possible. I prefer to save up for what I want rather than borrowing money.
That's good that you can save money so that you can use it if you need something to buy. In as much, we should not borrow from the bank or app because the interest is so high.
I am open to exploring alternative ways to earn extra money to cover my expenses. Ideally, I'd like to borrow money as a last resort.
