Personally. I've found it to be a wonderful way to intimate with others. This allow you to establish a deep connection with listeners and a sense of community which is very hard to find elsewhere.

I have seen a lot of people podcast for a few months and I've been so struck by the generosity of the community. The Fellow podcasters tend to offered advice, support, and encouragement at every step of the way
Of course, we know that there are challenges to podcasting. The technical aspects can be very daunting at the beginning. The major key is to remember that it's a conversation and that your listeners are there to learn and grow with you too.

Podcasting is not really easy, but the key is to remember that it's okay to be imperfect - and that your listeners are there to support you, not to judge you .
I have never been on a podcast. However, running a podcast is a good way to generate revenue in YouTube.
Starting a podcast is a new niche and I think that people should get into this niche before it becomes over saturated. Once it becomes over saturated, the competition will increase a lot.
