No, we do not need to spend a lot of money to relax. You can go out for a walk, listen to some music, read a book or chat with friends.
You don't necessarily have to spend lots of money to have fun. You can do simple activities like playing board games and seeing a movie at home.
No, spending a lot of money isn't necessary to relax. Relaxation can be achieved through simple, low cost activities like taking a walk in nature, practicing meditation or deep breathing exercises, listening to music, or enjoying a hot bath.
I do not spend much to relaxing. The nearest beach is just 15 minutes from here, and I only splurge a little on food.
If people are creative and open minded, they can always found very cheap or even free ways to get fun and entertainment.
