Taking too much of cold water is not very good for us but unfortunately, I do this everyday of my life and it is already affecting my voice including my breathe.
What do you think I can do to stop taking cold water? I really wish to stop but it is hard.

In summer season I take too much, specially during hot season when temperature goes to upside I take 10 glass of cold water every day.

It's not advisable to drink cold water any time except summer time. Cold water ruins our teeth.

I seldom take cold water. I prefer room temperature water. If the weather is getting really hot, I would drink cold juice. I love cold tomato juice or have cold lemon water.

I don't take cold water a lot, just room temperature water or warm it a little when it is too hot. This helps me stay hydrated while also making sure I don't get the effects of cold. I don't drink refrigerated water most of the time.

I am a naturally sweaty person. Even in extremely cold weathers, it doesn't take me much to sweat. That's why I always have a preference to drinking cold water.
