I interviewed my neighbor. He has an auto mechanic shop that runs for almost 15 years. He said that he started doing this business at age 20 and at that time; he lacked training but he was able to survive. He noticed that his customers did not come back so he thought of something to let his customers go back to his shop. He underwent 5 days of training and received a diploma to boost his customers that he acquired skills in auto repair. That was the beginning of his better life. He became a very good auto repair. Those who did not undergo training find it hard to get good customers.
