Air transportation is not all about urgent meeting. If you're travelling in some place using air transportation is the best for you. It helps to facilitate business movement.
Beyond urgent business deals and delivery of perishable goods, a small business owner using flight is a complete waste from my point of view. That's where strategization and planning plays a factor.
A business deal that has to do with a region that is far away. But it must be sure that the deal is significantly profitable.
