In my opinion, it is best for them to have a meeting every Monday before starting the work for the whole weekdays. In this way, they can bring out the problems and solutions at the same time.

I think it has more to do with the employer than the employee. He is the one that can facilitate good communication between himself and his staff. It all depends on his disposition with them.

In my opinion, to make the best communication between employers and employees is to hold meetings regularly, whether once a week, once every 2 weeks, once a month, as needed. Apart from that, in my opinion, there is a better way, namely by making anonymous letters or suggestion boxes, an anonymous letter to channel employees' concerns. I think it's effective because there are some people who are embarrassed to express their opinion, with a suggestion box, opinions will be accommodated without their identity being known.

In every meeting they will do, they need to take the role of being a host to deal with their respective concerns or issues.

My last boss was a simple man who opened himself up for his staff to communicate with him freely. He could entertain whatever you had to say and consider it. He was a good boss because of that.

I aa a business owner, I have only one staff and I thrive to ensure that the communication lines betwen us is smooth and cordial. I achieve that by consciously showing that I seek her welfare.
