Every registered businesses has its own copyright logo which make them brands. Once a logo is copyright, it can't be used by any other prospect. You can check the availability of logo with CAC as well. If it is available, you can then register in order to become your private property.
I really understand how this would be done. I would have to display all the millions of logos on CAC database to find a logo that looks like my own proposed logo? It still doesn't add up for me.
It is easy to say but it is a crucial that every company should consider. There are times that they need to secure their reputations. Because competitors can bring the company down secondary to bad agendas.
Your reputation is identified to your brand. In my country, almost everyone knows and recognizes one telecom company as a fraud that would keep on deducting your credits unnecessarily. And this has affected their brand identity.
With your statement, I can agree with you more. If the business owner does not know what he or she is aiming for, it will be useless to operate his or her business. It is not worth to have it.
