No, the kitchen in my apartment is not located in the dining area. There is a separate area for dining. The kitchen is an open kitchen.
Modern houses have this set up as compared to before. I prefer it to be separated from the kitchen.
At present, we are living an apartment with a dining table in our kitchen. I must say that it is fine with us here.
In my current place, both of them are joined together in one area. I just hope that we have a dirty kitchen.
In my small flat, the kitchen is part of the dining area. I do my cooking outside the unit since it is not allowed indoors. I primarily use the kitchen for preparing the ingredients.
Dirty kitchen? I have seen some setups were the dinning table can be found inside the kitchen, and I think it is actually cool though.
