Terms and conditions always helps us to understand the full feature of what we are about to enter. They don't always put it when they are presenting that glamorous advert.

This is more pronounced when people want to file claims for insurance. They would see the company bring out terms and conditions that might end up as if you have been short-changed.
I am guilty of not reading those terms and conditons and got into trouble occasionally.

Don't you think that it is intentional to trap people in? The ones by Google is even the worse in terms of character size. But a rational user should try to read them all.
When you are hooked because you failed to read terms and conditions, no court would give you any respite.
