Recently I have started having this pains on my eyes when I spend about 30-45 minutes straight on my phone. What's the remedy for this eye pain?

I do not work on my phone, I use it just to check social media watch youtube, and check my emails. I also use it to check my adsense dashboard as well as emails

In such cases it's best you take a break from viewing your screen. Take time out to relax your eyes.

I think you just need to have a time off using your phone for a few hours. If it still persists, then you need to see a specialist for the eyes.

If I am going to read something, I prefer to use my desktop or laptop. My mobile phone will become handy if I need to something to check certain concerns.
