In most business setup or organizations, there is usually a team setup where group of perons are tasked to handling a particular project. In most cases it might not be possible for all team members to meet up in one place all the time, hence most communications can be made online. Do you think online communication would have a positive or negative effect on the team in general and why?

I think that communication within the team is a great way to express your thoughts and ideas. The fact remains that there are many people who may need to effectively communicate with others when they encounter any problem.
If all the workers have access to online communication and self disciplined enough to show up when they need to, online communication can work seamlessly. But that is not true for all organizations. But the boss can be a bit strict and the job will be done.
Since the Pandemic, a lot of companies allow workers to work from home. Online communication allows workers to connect with each other wherever they are. Most companies are doing this now.
I assume they are all zoom meetings. They are normally recorded and they can then be circulated.
Online communication allows people that was working in the organisation to keep work conversations going even after office hours. That can enhance more connectivity and efficiency.
Online communication allows the team to still keep in touch even after work hours through instant messaging apps and the likes.
Online communication can help a company to pass information very quickly and urgently even during non official hours.
