Are you friendly with Your Colleagues?

I have no option than to love and appreciate them. Though, some of them have terrible characters but I still have to endure it . Sometimes, I use to be very careful the way I interact with some of them.
When I was working full time, I maintained good relationship with my co-workers. Most of them are friendly and cooperative. Some of them even become my good friends and we are still keeping in touch.
Absolutely, developing positive relationships with coworkers is important to me. While maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, I make an effort to be warm and approachable with my colleagues. I enjoy getting to know them personally over lunch outings or casual conversation.
