Passively expressing ideas while speaking can be a useful technique. It's also a nice way to give someone a choice and influence their decision. On the other hand, speaking aggressively can result in a conclusion rapidly.

Am a natural soft spoken personality. I believe communication should be an art in exchange of ideas. It must be acccomodating, persuasive and friendly.
Neither passive nor aggressive but coming to the point without adding any frills and that is how one can hold the listener's attention
