First and foremost, we need to know our rights under the jurisdiction of government's labow laws. On this matter, we can able to practice the rightful human rights for us. There are companies that tend to be abusive just to earn more. If you are in this kind of situation, you need to report the company right there and then. In this way, they will learn from this situation.

For me I can barely tolerate with such a company. I am not entertaining the fact that I am desperate for job to be oppressed at the workplace by an abusive company.

That is why every employee should be conversant with the international labour conventions. And also, try to belong to professional labor organizations relevant to your profession. They would be the one to take solidarity for you in any case of abuse.

It all depends on how the judiciary works. In a country like mine, taking any case to court would cost you more than you may make in months, so people who are free up just quit

I will just leave wherever I am working if I realise that I am not being treated well or I am not being treated like a normal staff
It is not fair to be treated that way

To be honest if you are finding it hard to cope with such place, the best thing would be for you to quit and look for someplace else that they would treat you better.

It cannot be handled by an employee alone. They must go to the Department of Labor or see a lawyer. An. abusive company must be punished. Though I haven't heard it in my place it might be happening in other places.

Practically if I would report about the M.D of the company then he would have to take revenge from his hidden sources, so according to the situation I felt it better to resign.

If a company is mistreating you, reporting them to the relevant sectors is indispensable to address the problem. It is unacceptable to be subjected to abuse by your employer. It is never okay.
