I don't really care if they smart or not but you can detect if they are if you are friends with them for quite a while I know a friend that is very smart

I can tell by your appearance and your words when you talk if you're intelligent, smart or not don't really know but that's just something am good at telling if someone is smart or not.

I met a lot of smart people at trade conferences and trade associations. You can tell from what they say and do. But in choosing friends, being smart is not my priority.
