How do you relate with your neighbours ?

I am ok with a few but there are others who I keep at arm's length.
I live in an apartment. We have six units on one floor. But I seldom talk to my neighbors. When we meet at the lift lobby, we may say Hello and talk a bit about the weather. That's it.
We get along reasonably well with our neighbors, but I prefer to keep some distance as they can sometimes be a bit nosy.
