For members who use laptops, have you ever faced any problem with the laptop? If yes, have you got the laptop repaired? If yes, what is the brand of the laptop and what was the problem faced?

Yes. Laptops are a headache sometimes. Mine is slow from the word go. One time it just light up the screen when I was switching on. It didnt continue to password option. So I used my phone to Google how to get it working again and I fixed it myself. Still slow though.

You are lucky that you could repair the laptop using information online, I have a large number of laptops which have stopped working after a few months only.

I have a laptop and fortunately I have not faced any problem with it. The only problem I have is that it is very slow sometimes.

Ouch. That must be heartbreaking. Having to buy laptop after laptop only to have them die only after a few months. Don't you have a guarantee for the laptop? We have a 12 month guarantee for laptops.

Thankful I haven't and its never a good experience and these days repair guys charge a lot of money and still we cannot expect our laptop to work like how it was before the repair issue

I was living in a small town, and it was difficult to find a repair centre for some laptop brands. In one case, I got a new replacement laptop, how it also stopped working after some time?

Oh I get what you mean. But you spent a lot on laptops.

I disasemble and upgrade it with SSD drive. I rare fix it since I don't have all necessary tool. Also when motherboard is dead, it goes in trash.

As far as I could remember, the last time I asked someone to repair my laptop is having a new software to be installed.

My old laptop had issues. I think it finally gave up. It's already old so it's fine. I did some troubleshooting but it didn't work.

I have faced a lot of issues with my laptop and I have had it fixed. The fan had an issue, and even the screen. I am hoping to buy a new one though.
