High yield investments programs sites claim to use capital farther from depositors funds to invest in stocks, forex, shares and cryptos. The profits generated from these transactions are what they intend to share among the depositors based on their staking plans.
Meanwhile, it is blatant lie. They used to rob Peter to pay Paul
They used part of depositors fund to pay small rewards in order to cajole big investors.

Just like does ponzi schemes, they usually get their money from the first set of persons that register, it could still be the same thing for most of these hyip sites.

The high yield investment platforms are not legally means for investment. Most of them seem very promising with their abnormal rates of the return on investments for that matter for sure.

Hyip sites are scam sites that are created by scammers. These websites are usually based on pyramid scheme model. Majority of the hyip site oners do not use their own capital. They rather use the capital of other investors to pay the rest.
