Why do you think that failure and invention are inseparable twins? When you invent, you are still doing it with the necessary things with you to accomplish your invention. You can have a try and error before putting an invention into the final. Remember you are going to expose your invention and if it fails, you will also fail. That is right, an inventor needs to do trial and error before developing his invention. It is so crucial to expose it as erroneous.
