Depends on the case, if the products was broke when it arrived (its business organization responsibility), but when customers got it with fine condition and then it was customers responsibility then.

This is a personal thing it has nothing to do with the business I believe. people need to be held accountable for their mistakes.

We can hold companies responsible for any misuse of products by any customers. There are always manuals that state instructions about how products should be used.

Definitely, there are manuals to help them and if they went against it ussge ti get things wrong then it is on them

Usually, the concerned employee will pay through payroll deduction. This gives awareness to all employees that no one is exempted when misusing company products.

In my view customer who is misusing the product is accountable, and he must charge for it so he will be careful next time lest it will become his practice.

I think that once it was availed the products, we cannot do anything because it is owned by the buyer now. If there are some problems with the items, the situation is that the customer can complain against the company.

If the customer actually misused it then there's no two ways about it cause the customer has to pay for the product, unless you want to tamper justice with mercy which is something I will advice you to do if the buyer is a regular customer.

True though, most customers tend to misuse opportunity, by the time you help them repair it or get a new one, they would simply start misusing other things feeling the company would pay for it as well.

the business has the right to offer no compensation if the product has been used in an non proper manner i support all the business companies here and that is how it should be as well actually indeed .
