Ways to stay motivated

Starting a business is one thing, but staying motivated to build and grow the business is another. From your personal experience, what are the ways to stay motivated after starting your business? I have seen a lot of people who start a business then gave up on it cause they where no longer interested to continue.

No matter how hard life let us never surrender. Let's protect our lives and businesses. I am always motivated though my dreams and goals that I need to achieve. Life is awesome despite unfair.

You get motivated in your business by celebrating the little success that you have no matter how insignificant it might seem.
