The death of my sister and my father use to make me feel devoid and empty. It is quite painful for me and any time I remember it, I feel devastated and sad.

Sorry about the loss. it can be very painful
Over the years, I have experienced many moments that brought me to tears. However, the one event that made me really cry was losing my beloved dog to pancreatitis and old age.
The day that I was told I would never make it as an athlete because of a health related challenge. I cried my heart out.
