The way I see it, it is even more than 70% majority of them feel it does not matter when it comes to business registration, as long as they have customers, they are good to go.

Sometimes government introduce policies that's focused towards new entrepreneurs in developing their business. And if they don't register, they could miss out on some good opportunities.

Exactly,like myself there are so many opportunities I have missed out on and I am currently missing out on trying my luck simply because I have not registered my business. Hopefully by next year I will be able to.
