Customers or staffs who is more important

In a business setup, the business can never be complete without the customers and the staffs. But who is more important?
The staffs play a vital role, they help ensuring the business goes smoothly as the business owner might not be able run everything themselves. The customers on the other hand, without them there would be no sales, and once there is no sales, there would be no profit. Personally I feel both parties are important in their rights.

In my view customers do have their own importance. But we cannot neglect the importance of staff member because they work day and night for the benefit of company and we cannot ignore them. On the other hand importance of customers has their own place because they are bread and butter of a company.

Very true, it is impossible for the business to function without the staffs. It is also due to the hard work of the staffs that would also determine if a customer would want to return again or not.

It is given that staff are important and should not be questioned. Once they were hired, they knew how important they are. As a team, they need to treat their clients important along the way of having business with them.
