These days, one thing most business owners are failing to understand is that they are responsible for their employees. I have come across business owners who tend to over work their employees but do not consider it their problem when these staffs gets an issue. As long as they are your staffs, you have some level of responsibility.

I also observed it very deeply as in my last company, Mineral Asia which is a private company, and the company is like something horrible as M.D take one to one daily meetings with employee and no one believes but he slap on face same of them.
Any business that has staff must know that it's responsibility is to pay it's staff and provide the best environment possible for their staff to work.
The first responsibility that an employer has to fulfil is to make sure that staff are not owed their dues.
