While working, there are times we might overwork yourselves to the point where we are completely exhausted. How do you prevent burnouts while working?

I take breaks of two or more days, especially when I'm working on these forums. When I'm trading, I stop once I start taking reckless trades and loosing the profits I've made.

Workplace burnout can be difficult to avoid, however there are numerous measures that might help:

When I first started working online back in 2012 I would consistently working every day of the week for around 8 hours a day. At first, I saw nothing wrong with that at all and I was happy that I was working and earning something. It wasn't until around 2017 that I really started to feel burnout due to how much I would work and not really take a break and time for myself. I ended up stepping away from my work online for quite a few years and switching to content creation and streaming for around 5 years due to that burnout. I recently came back to freelance work in October 2022 and so far, I have not noticed any burnout but I am now doing things differently such as taking 1 - 2 days a week break to spend time enjoying hobbies, spending time with family, and even just going out for regular walks. It's when you start to make working online your main focus that burnout will soon kick in. I learned that I should always take time for myself and never feel guilty for having a break each week.

To prevent burnouts, we need to take a short break, even if it's just walking out of the room or just going to the toilet, and the brain will come back fresher to think and continue work.

I usually take an afternoon nap. I would also take a short break after working on translation continuously for 2 hours. This helps to refresh my mind. Getting enough sleep and exercise also help to prevent burnouts.

Believe it or not, burnout can surpass for being here and to other earning site platforms. I can feel fine for being productive and sharing my thoughts at the same time.
