Yes that's true, I can't really remember where i saw it back then but there was a company that was closed down cause they found the working environment not suitable for their employees hence some of them where falling sick.
Yes, if your staffs are not healthy, you won't be able to get any good results from them. Or there would be a delay in production and reduction in quality. So it is best to make sure they have a good working environment.
That is the thing about not having a healthy or good working hygiene as it would make the workers become tired of the environment and then this would make things become less active and productive in the company or organisation.
