There are some new business today who usually make their first hire even before the business starts operating. Then there are some who tend to wait for some time before they make their first hire, especially for businesses where one person can operate it for some time. When do you think its the best time to hire employees?

For me l think that the business should hire some workers before the start. This is because everything on the business including procurement for human labour is included in the capital to be raised.

I think business owners should wait for some time before they make their first hire, especially if it is business where the business person can operate it alone for the time mean.

Yeah some business owners need to hire an employee on the beginning in order to run the business, and some business owners hire employees when they get developed and have some money and when the business stands on two feet. but hiring depends on the nature of the business type.

A business should hire employees only when it is confident that it will generate sufficient revenues to pay the employee a salary for the work. Some online businesses do not get orders, so they cannot hire anyone.
