I have done a partnership business before. It is good in terms of collaborative effort. Private limited liability company is expanded and incorporated. It would have lots of bureaucracy.

I prefer to do a private limited liability business than a partnership. The limited liability is the major attraction for me.

That's very true but with private limited, you can pool in investment from multiple people as opposed with just one or two people in partnership business

I don't think it is easy to create a limited liability company in any guise.

If I have to choose, I would go for a private limited liability company than a partnership.
