There are different ways that we can try to control and shed away the extra body weight and for that, we need to look upon our diet and should try to slowly decrease the consumption of Spicy, Deep Fried, Sugary food and Sugar drinks and we need to stop consuming the carbonated and hard drinks too and this way we can help our body to start healing. With this, we should take a well-balanced diet in food and should do exercise daily and always go for a morning walk and can do Yoga too.
