This is the first time am hearing about it. I will look into the program. I have a page that have 3k followers, I will grow the page aggressively. This is a wonderful ad interesting Avenue to make money.
Getting 10k followers can be very tough unless you are a celebrity but if it is paying then it is good

That is why I said a good option is to promote the page if we have money.
I haven't seen about this in my Facebook account. We're not allowed to have more than 5,000 friends so where could get that 10 000 FB fans? It's absurd.
Sure paid advertising might help but this will need good money too
