1st Report
Not Getting Credits
- This issue was reported by @Ginger on December 24th at 4:54am EST. -
Issue Description: This consists of members not being credited correctly when posting around the forum. Some members receive partial credit, whereas others do not receive any credit.
Priority Level: High
Actions taken so far:
1. We have verified that all RIF Cash settings have been and are still implemented correctly after our most recent plugin software update.
2. We have disabled and then reenabled crediting features to try and find a fix
3. We have attempted to restore the crediting plugin to the last version but the forum software will not allow us to do this
4. We have tested various scenarios but have concluded with the same issue
5. We have submitted a support request to the plugin developer for further assistance.
6. We have also contacted 3rd party technicians for further assistance.
2nd Report
There is a deduction from my RIF Cash
- This issue was reported by @Magnus2022 on December 25th at 11:55am EST. -
Issue Description: This consists of members losing random amounts of RIF Cash from their account balances with no record or reason as to why.
Priority Level: High
Actions taken so far:
1. We have reviewed all transaction logs to try and find out why members have lost RIF Cash from their account balance, but the logs do not indicate any RIF Cash being withdrawn (which is wrong).
2. We have reviewed all possible situational scenarios with no indications of what the issue could be.
3. We have submitted a support request to the plugin developer for further assistance.
4. We have also contacted 3rd party technicians for further assistance.
We want to sincerely apologize for these ongoing issues. This is not something we had anticipated would happen, especially during the holiday incentives and contest. With this being said, we are working around the clock to find solutions to these ongoing problems, and we ask for your continued support and patience during this period of time.
Please refrain from creating new threads in the member affairs section of the forums regarding these issues, we are aware of and are trying our best to resolve the issues. Also, if possible, please try to hold off from sending messages to staff members in regard to these issues, I can assure you, we will find a solution sooner than later.
