Which site are you referring? I am not sure if I understood your question correctly.
If the issue is about the registration verification, I think you need to reach out to the support of the site.

yes, I have been through such kind of problem in the past. I registered on a website and I never received any kind of mail at all. I had to clear my cookies, but it never worked for me.
