I have been intending to learn this, but it's rare to find a blogger who is ready to share what they know without restrictions, even if it's for a few. Why are bloggers stingy with such information?

They are not. It seems you have not been able to follow the right channels. If you check bloggers forum, forums like beermoneyforum, wordpress forum etc There are tons of information and ideas about blogging you will see that is free to access.
