I agree it is part of our personal hygiene to take a shower or bath daily just the same bought of not taken one to me grosses me out. In the summer when it is warmer I will take a shower in the morning and before I go to bed also to help me cool off.

The only way your sickness will get Worse is if you go outside with your hair wet and it is cold outside my mother always yelled at me about this. In some cases showers or even baths help when you are sick.

It does not cost a lot these cost $10.49 a piece body scrubs feel so good after you use them it leaves your body so soft and you smell so good. There are other body scrub brands out there that are cheaper but I wanted this one because my daughter has tried the brand and really likes them.
