Dealing with customers like this is never easy but it is something you should always be prepared for. I will admit that it is not too often I get customers like this and that is quite nice but when I do, I try to reason with them and if it becomes too much I don't mind losing them as a customer.

Unless I have a reason to moderate the posts of a new member then I tend to not have posts for manual approval and let them go through as I would any member. If we have an issue with a new member though, I may make their posts so they go up for moderation to keep an eye on them for a little.
