    I think one of the major reasons why these surveys are available to tier1 countries is that brands there do have budgets for data collection for their products which is not obtainable in other countries.

    That's as a result of lack of patience on the side of the blogger. You can only earn immediately if you have a good traffic source already. Aside that you need to build up traffic before you earn.

    Even ad networks don't accept them because they feel they are not serious. It used to work in the early years of Google blogger as you can get easy AdSense approval. I don't know for now.

    I've used both GoDaddy and namecheap. When it comes to web hosting, namecheap is better to me. GoDaddy has been around even before namecheap I think but they misbehave sometimes.

    Most forums restrict members from posting referral links due to spam. Littering the forum with links makes it untidy and can even get their ads account suspended. However they can add a feature of hiding the links.

    I used to know a lady in one forum who does that. She buys reseller hosting and use it to create many blogs. She'll just add like 5 articles to each blog and link to her social media page for traffic. She sells from $20 and above.
