Wellness sounds nice, but i do not think most of these companies can afford this, especially for all their staffs. Even some of them who can afford it would not be willing to. I have only seen this happen in most big companies and for only some of their senior staffs.You can have a stipend called wellness allowance that can help staff to visit gyms and therapists. N
Volunteer Time Off: You give your staff a paid time off to pursue social works and contribute to society n any cause they want.
Childcare Facilities at work: You can provide a facility where children of staff can be taken care of.
Paid Sabbatical after some years say maybe five years earns one year sabbatical.
And lastly, offer each employee a company funded budget for professional development.
