Many businesses that deal with selling various products upskill their marketing and sales members of staff by having early morning sessions at which motivational speakers provide the employees with tips on convincing customers to buy wares.
I do not think that these initiatives are helpful as they unnecessarily tire the marketing and sales staff.

I believe that conducting launch regularly or from time to time we will help to build a good relationship between the workers and also between the people who owns the business together

Another way that would still help them is by giving them assignments to take out surveys. They should go out there and interact with potential customers. By getting to know them, they would be able to create more effective ways to reach them.
