I am using 3 ad networks on some of my websites. I am find that the ad networks are usually showing only their own ads, and are not paying anything for this, so I am not making any money. Is there any way to resolve the problem?

Most adnetworks don't like rivalry with other networks. They will warn you not to add other networks with their widgets. Failure to do this, you won't be paid. Also, check if those ad networks are getting quality traffic from your website.
