Do you think advertising affects how we perceive our body image?

Yes it does. You see the like of the Kardashians with their perfect bodies that they have spent thousands on to make them look so amazing. It affects those with low self esteem. They also want to look like them.

Yes I do since they only pick people with specific body shapes to advertise. we grow up knowing that you have that perfect body you see on tv.

Like I said many people look at Kim K and like to look like her by planting silicone and other surgeries because many females believe that if they have bigger breasts and butt then they will be more attractive

Everyone have something that they like about themselves and I believe it's something that is subjective to each and everyone of us because what Mr A likes is not something that Mr B is going to like.

My head is on my shoulders in that I know what to expect within my own limitations and Ads do not affect me.

Though not perfect, I do exercise and eat healthy to keep my body in good shape. Ads won't affect me. The celebrities which look perfect are just perceptions, not necessarily real.

If we are going to buy some clothes and seen from the ads, we need to see if they are suitable for us.
