I found a very good cheap and cheerful one which I would like to share with you all.

Planting seeds

When planting new seeds, use toilet roll tubes filled with compost.

When ready to plant out, put directly in the soil....... they make great biodegradable plant pots.

So free and helping the planet all in one go!

I am not interested in planting, I am teaching at a big university and I have 320 students.I am teaching Physics and do not have time in planting.I will try this during summer vacation. I want to feel planting if it's my cup of coffee too.

Yes, that is true. My mother grows some vegetables and chili plants in the back of the house. Not bad for saving daily expenses when you need vegetables and Chili. LOL

Her garden is fenced, no one can just ask. They will be ashamed. My sister wakes up at dawn just to water her plants. She capitalized it with fertilizer and pesticide.
